I'm a yoga and strength training advocate and enthusiast, fully passionate about all things health, wellbeing, and self development. I'm by no means a perfectionist or away with the health fairies; “down to earth, realistic and practical" is how my clients & friends describe my approach. My goal everyday professionally and personally is to educate and empower women towards a healthier happier lifestyle.
After a 13 year career in financial markets in the City I realised I wasn’t meant for the corporate world and I knew I HAD to make a career out of helping people to feel great and BE the best versions of themselves. This realisation was triggered by the many health challenges I experienced in my 20s and the incredible transformation in my wellbeing that resulted from my working with a Nutritional Therapist back in 2005. Completely amazed by the impact that nutrition and lifestyle habits have on a persons wellbeing I set about embarking on a 4 year journey to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist, so I could help other people with their wellbeing for the rest of my career. Now with 6 years experience of working with clients on a one to one basis, as well as groups.
I am a registered nutritionist, bound by the code of ethics in clinical practice and have met the strict criteria required for registration with BANT, the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and the CNHC, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, which is the council recommended by the UK Department of Health for complementary and natural healthcare services.
