Welcome! I'm glad you've stopped by :)

I'm Francesca, a 30 something (soon to be 40) yoga loving, massive strength training advocate and enthusiast. I was born in London and no matter where my travels take me I always seem to find myself back in London, where my heart is. I’m fully passionate about all things healthy eating and living but I am by no means a perfectionist or away with the health fairies. "Down to earth and real" is how my clients describe my approach.

After originally starting my professional life on broking and trading floors in the City I realised, after 7 years in it that I wasn’t meant for the corporate world, I knew I HAD to help people to feel great and BE the best versions of themselves. My realisation was triggered by the health issues I struggled with throughout my 20s and the incredible transformation in my wellbeing that resulted from my working with a Nutritional Therapist back in 2005. Completely amazed by the impact that nutrition and lifestyle habits have on a persons wellbeing I set about embarking on a 4 year journey to qualify as a Nutritional Therapist, so I could help other people with their wellbeing for the rest of my career.

Now with 6 years experience of working with clients on a one to one basis, as well as groups you'll mostly find me busy either helping people improve their wellbeing and safeguarding their future health, lifting weights, walking through my local common, practising yoga, chatting with friends over green tea and brownies, or chilling at home with my boyfriend, Mark :)

If you need help with improving your health and wellbeing for the better forever then I'd LOVE to help you. Read on to find out how nutrition coaching could help, what my clients are saying, and then get in touch with me and we can have a chat to discuss things further and find out if we are a good fit for each other!

With love,

Francesca x

My journey into qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist began in 2005, I was 25 years old and in a bad state of wellbeing. Medically there was nothing ‘wrong’ with me, I passed every medical assessment I was referred for and was soon told it must all be in my head. I was left frustrated and at a complete loss of where to look for help. My daily symptoms included digestive issues (IBS), low energy and fatigue, headaches, PMS, low mood, and skin issues (psoriasis).

Needless to say I wasn’t enjoying my day to life or living life in the way I wanted to. I just wanted to feel GOOD! To have (a LOT) more energy, be free of headaches, free of digestive symptoms and able to eat the foods I loved without worrying about the repercussions, free of hormonal symptoms, and clear skin. But I’d started to believe that all that just wasn’t possible for me, and the symptoms became part of my identity. I was living on things like Pro Plus, pain killers, and antispasmodic medication for the painful IBS symptoms, headaches, and low energy.

Then, I happened to stumble across a book in a massage centre waiting room called ‘The Optimum Nutrition Bible’. This would be the book that changed the course of my life.

Before reading this book I had no idea that the way we eat (or don’t eat) is so strongly linked to how we feel, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I knew we all needed to eat our greens but never really considered why, nor was I particularly interested! Until I found this book.

There were some really simple changes I could start making to my diet (and lifestyle) straight away that, according to the book, could provide some quick wins, and from there I could continue to develop the changes. I found a local Nutritional Therapist to help guide me on a more personal and in depth level than what I could take from a book, and slowly but surely I was transforming my health and wellbeing for good.

This took me to 2009, aged 30, when I started my 5 years of studying and training to become a Nutritional Therapist, finally qualifying in 2013 and leaving my corporate finance city career behind.

I cannot imagine what would have happened for me if I hadn’t started to change my nutrition and lifestyle habits back then. I genuinely believe that by now, at almost 40 years old, I would be in a bad state of health and certainly not the vibrant and happy person I am today.

There are so many nutrition & lifestyle habits that can get you into a bad state of health and wellbeing or the BEST state of health and wellbeing – and this is what I want to educate as many people as possible on. YOU are the owner of your body and YOU have the complete power to choose how you nourish and nurture it. And with the right information and support YOU CAN feel great, look great, live great and BE great, oh and keep on getting better and better with each passing year too ;)
